General Rules:
• Please read the following terms before proceeding further, by moving forward you accept the following and understand that these terms are subject to change.
• These terms apply to ALL of my adoptables.
• Skipping these will act as your consent and/or agreement to the following terms.======================================================
DO NOT USE MY ART FOR NFT AND/OR AI LEARNING
======================================================• Please contact me on Twitter or Discord for revisions (@callielover101).
• You may change the color or details of the adopt; for an additional fee, I can do this for you. Occasionally, it will be listed that I will make small changes for no additional costs.
• You must credit me if you use my work.
• For model adopts, you MUST credit both me and whoever else has worked on the model.
• By purchasing my adopts, you agree to the terms stated here in my T.O.S.
Payment and Commercial Use:
• Prices are listed in USD.
• No refunds.
• I will hold an adopt for you for 24 hours. If you do not pay by 24 hours, I will make the adopt available again.
• If you request a refund through your payment service, the adopt will be resold and you will lose all rights to it.
• Commercial use is for Twitch, YouTube, Vtubers, Comic Books, Games, Merchandise, etc
Usage Policy:
• You must inform me about when and to whom you resell my adopts to (this is to help ensure none of my work gets stolen nor resold for a higher price).
• You may resell the adopt for the same price or lower (with the exception of added artworks/models/rigs/etc).
• The resell of my designs without my permission will result in you being automatically blacklisted.
• The person who is to receive my design MUST read and agree to my T.O.S.
• You may gift or trade the adopt as long as I am informed about it.
• If you have acquired an adopt of mine through a trade/gift, you are not permitted to sell it for profit (with the exception of added artworks/models/rigs/etc).• If you have any concerns or need to inquire about something not listed in my T.O.S. please ASK.
• Be mindful of time-zone differences, I may not be able to respond to your questions immediately.
• If you violate the T.O.S, I will block you. In some cases, you will lose your adopt rights and it may be sold again.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:
• Files will be delivered ASAP after the payment has been completed.
• Any revisions WILL greatly delay the delivery time as I am a full-time college student and do not get as much time to work on comms as I would like.
• If I am unable to get to your revisions due to personal circumstances, I will provide a refund for those revisions, deliver the model files, and I will reach out to you as soon as I have the time to complete said revisions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
I retain intellectual property rights to all my artworks and can use them as examples in my portfolio or post them on social media.
